Mr. Fahad Bader Al-Shaitan

Founder of Al-Shaitan Legal Group and its lead attorney, with extensive experience across various areas of law. He has a distinguished professional record in representing clients before all levels of courts and providing legal consultations to individuals and companies in both Arabic and English. He directly supervises all operations of the group to ensure the highest standards of legal quality and professional service.

Lawyers

The group includes a team of specialized lawyers across different fields of law, providing legal representation, drafting memoranda, attending court sessions, and defending clients’ rights.

Administrative Support Department (Executive Secretariat)

This department provides administrative support for all members of the group in daily legal and administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing files, preparing correspondence and legal documents, and ensuring smooth workflow. It also manages client reception to ensure efficient service delivery and optimal client experience.

Legal Consultants

A distinguished team of experienced legal consultants providing legal advice to individuals and companies, reviewing contracts, issuing legal opinions prior to decision-making, and drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements.

Financial and Administrative Department

Responsible for overall management of the group. The office manager supervises daily operations, organizes administrative processes, coordinates team tasks, and follows up on legal appointments and case files to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.

Executive Department

This department follows up on case files after judgments are issued and undertakes all necessary procedures to transfer them to the enforcement stage before the relevant authorities. It also monitors the execution of judgments to ensure clients’ rights are fully enforced in accordance with court rulings and enforcement instruments.

Government transactions Department

This department is responsible for managing, following up, and completing clients’ matters and transactions across various governmental authorities and private sector entities. Through its experienced team, the department ensures the timely and efficient completion of all procedures and services in a manner that protects and advances the interests of the Group’s clients.
